I have the same error, when I reboot or shutdown the OS. I am also running Windows XP SP3 with Lotus Notes 8.5.1.
I found that the error only occur when Trend Micro Office Scan 10.0 SP1 is running. Without Trend Micro (uninstalled or manually quit before shutdown windows) the error does not occur.
An older Version of Trend Micro Office Scan (8.0 SP1) also does not make troubles.
